New IDM 5.18 beta supports multiple languages including Chinese, Japanese, East Asian languages. It supports resume capability, a feature that other download managers lack. You can also download Youtube (*.flv), google videos and also other video tutorials or trailers which don't have direct links. It is integrable with IE, Firefox and other browsers. If you come across a page with lot of direct links to download you can add the page of url and let the IDM do the trick. It will grab all the links and ask you which one's to download.
