Apple Rock and Roll event Live Online

Apple has made every body crazy about the products, of course not to count the price of products. Nevertheless it will be a remarkable event with much to reveal. Though much speculations are still going on about the event. Previously some of the rumors were discussed but now there is much more to it. With the coming of ipod touch, nano and classic with camera, iPhone 3G S,Mac Pro Family, iTunes9 with social networking integration and Apple Tablet, may be we'll be able to see CEO Steve Jobs into action. Strong rumors are also that a new Apple product is also going to be launched. Recently wired reported that some technical problems in iPod's camera can delay the event. Even if such is the case the event is still going to be held at San Francisco on Sept 9 with the delay on particular products to be launched later.

After going through many articles around the web one may conclude that there is going to be not much from Apple this time apart from firmware update for iPod touch/classic with camera integration and new ipod nano. Although some new features for iPhone 3G S, iTunes9, Mac OS X and Apple tablet are the much hyped products to be put under consideration.

This event being held on 9/9/09 has also a historic significance as the same day release of The Beatles: The Rock Band and Steve Jobs being a Huge fan of them. This proves the presence of the Former CEO at the event is a must.

How to back up your Firefox

There are two ways provided here to back up your Firefox.

1. Firefox AddOn

FEBE is firefox AddOn used for the Firefox backup. There are two ways in which you can backup using this plugin, but first set the directory (Tools>FEBE>FEBE Options>Directory)

• Selective Method allows you to specify exactly what parts of Firefox to include. Extensions and themes are rebuilt as separate, installable files (.xpi or .jar). These files can be installed in any Firefox installation just as if they were pulled from the Firefox Add-ons page (AMO), Simply open them with File>Open File.

• Full profile backup includes everything contained in your Firefox profile. It is all or nothing and cannot be selectively restored (at least not easily). A restored profile will look exactly the same as when the backup was performed.

2. MozBackUp

This is 731KB utility which is very easy to use. Simply download MozBackUp. Set up backup directory and start backup. It stores a single .pcv file including all the extensions, settings, cookie data etc which is retrievable by same procedure. You can also set the password.

Finally Opera has officially released much awaited version 10.0. Exclusive features include

The design is awesome but it lacks speed. With 'Turbo on' (off by default, configure by clicking small meter icon placed at bottom right) page loading is fast as compared to normal but not good as compared to Google Chrome or even Firefox. I remember when i downloaded the previous version of Opera many problems were experienced like page loading. But it is for sure that this version is faster from previous one.

By default 2 skins are included Opera standard and Windows native. Voice controlled browsing is an excellent feature which has been included however requires voice libraries download. Frequent web users should give it a try.
