Android Mobile OS is getting quite a fame as more and more devices are being ported. The rumors roaming that Nexus One will be operated on Android 2.1, came true. Motorola Droid is amongst some of the devices to get the treat. Sholes.info devs managed to install Android 2.1 on Verizon Droid using SirPsychoS's recovery image humancyborg. The img file can be directly downloaded from here. However this is the early stages of ported Android and precaution should be taken while porting.
