Get ready for speed F3.6

Prior to Firefox 3.6 final release, its test build Firefox 3.6 beta 1 release candidate is out. It includes Windows 7 compatible taskbar thumbnails, visual tab previews, and is speedier than previous versions. You can expect better JavaScript performance and new version rendering layout engine (Gecko). A new feature noticed is the New Tab opening place. Whenever you open a new link in a tab it opens right next to it rather than next to last. If you have installed lot of AddOns and the only purpose of using it than its not recommendable to download this version. However already installed plugins will continue to work if you upgrade. This test version may contain bugs and may crash often. But enthusiasts can make a try to explore and is easily uninstallable without damaging your previous Firefox version installation.

If you don't want to work nastier, most stable Firefox 3.5.4 is available for download.
